Breakfast dish with the taste of carrot cake with milk, oatmeal, carrot and walnuts.

Directions

  1. Bring the milk to the boil. Stir in the oatmeal and cook on low heat for 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and leave with the lid on for 5 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, delete the carrot and grate. Chop the nuts coarsely.
  3. Stir in the grated carrot and cinnamon through the oatmeal and spread over the bowls. Sprinkle with the nuts.
