Bring the milk to the boil. Stir in the oatmeal and cook on low heat for 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and leave with the lid on for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, delete the carrot and grate. Chop the nuts coarsely.

Stir in the grated carrot and cinnamon through the oatmeal and spread over the bowls. Sprinkle with the nuts.
