Bagel with egg salad and crispy ham
A tasty recipe. The breakfast contains the following ingredients: meat, eggs, raw ham (eg Ardennes ham), yogonaise (or mayonnaise), freshly ground pepper and bagels (natural or with sesame seeds).

Infilate eggs on a rounded side and let them slide into boiling water.

Let eggs boil for 6-7 minutes, until yolk is solidified (the egg yolk is then solid but still nice dark yellow and creamy).

In a dry frying pan on medium heat, crisp slices of crisp bread.

Let the ham on kitchen paper cool down and break into pieces.

Rinse eggs under cold water and peel.

Cut eggs into pieces and mix in bowl with yogonaise, 1 tbsp chives, salt and pepper to taste.

Cut open bagels and cover the bottom half generously with egg salad.

Spread chive and crispy ham pieces over it.

Cover with upper bagel half.

Serve immediately..
