Preheat the oven to 160 ° C. Cut the rice cakes into pieces. Put them in a bowl with the sesame seeds, cumin, cinnamon, curry and spelled malt.

Separate the eggs and whisk the egg white lightly. The egg yolks are not used. Stir the oil carefully through the egg white foam.

Mix the egg white with the spelled spice mixture. Cover well.

Spread over a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and roast in the middle of the oven for about 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.

Meanwhile, chop the walnuts coarsely and scoop through the cooled granola. Season with pepper.
