American pancakes with apricot
A tasty american recipe. The vegetarian breakfast contains the following ingredients: American pancakes (a 400 g), whole milk, buttermilk, egg, butter, vanilla pod (sachet 1.5 g), crème fraîche (200 ml), liquid honey (extra for garnish) and apricots on apple juice ( pot 370 g).

Preheat the oven to 170 ºC. Put the pancake mix in a mixing bowl and beat with a whisk the milk and buttermilk until a smooth batter is created. Break the egg above it and stir it through. Heat 1 tsp butter in a frying pan with non-stick coating. Scoop 3 pieces of 10 cm diameter batter into the pan and fry the pancakes in 5 min until brown and done. Bake 9 more pancakes. Keep warm in the oven under aluminum foil.

Cut the vanilla pod open lengthwise. Scrape out the marrow with a knife tip. Stir the crème fraîche into a bowl and add the marrow and the honey. Place 3 pancakes on each plate and sprinkle with some honey. Spoon the crème fraîche next to it and put an apricot on it.
