Cut the pears into quarters, remove the cores and cut the flesh into pieces. Peel the ginger and cut into pieces.

Put the pears, grapes and ginger in the blender. Pour in the yogurt and mix for 2 min.

Remove the leaves of fresh mint from the twigs, add with the spinach to the blender and mix for 2 min. Pour the smoothie into 4 glasses.
