Mini rolls with scrambled eggs and chives
A tasty Dutch recipe. The breakfast contains the following ingredients: eggs, whipped cream (125 ml), butter, chives ((a 25 g), finely chopped) and luxurious mini rolls.

Beat the eggs with the whipped cream in a large bowl with a whisk.

Add pepper and salt.

Heat a frying pan and let the butter melt in the pan.

When the butter starts to color, pour the egg mixture into the pan at once.

Keep stirring constantly while heating the egg over medium heat.

When the egg is half solidified, turn off the fire under the pan.

Keep stirring and add 2 tbsp chives.
-
Let the scrambled eggs rest for 5 minutes.

Cover the mini rolls with the scrambled eggs and sprinkle with 2 tbsp chives..
