A hearty and nutritious breakfast with this hock, fresh mango, crispy nuts and cereal bars and maple syrup.

Peel the mangoes, cut the flesh of the kernel and cut into small cubes. Mix the mango with the maple syrup.

Cut the strips into cubes of ½ cm.

Divide ⅔ of the mango over 4 glasses and then scoop the hangop.

Divide the rest of the mango, the Nuts and Cereal bars into cubes and the cacao ribs over it. Drizzle with the rest of the maple syrup.
