Preheat the oven grill. Cut thin caps of the bread balls and roll out the bread.

Mix the cranberry compote with the raisins, jam and a pinch of pepper. Spoon a large spoonful of this chutney in each ball and place a slice of goat's cheese on it.

Divide a little honey and thyme over it. Do not grate the bread rolls too close to the oven grill until the cheese is slightly discolored.
