Directions

  1. Mix the flour with the baking powder. Beat the egg yolk with the milk and beat it through the flour until smooth.
  2. In a clean bowl, beat the egg whites stiffly with a pinch of salt and carefully spoon them through the batter.
  3. Heat a large pan with non-stick coating and grease it with a tasting baking product.
  4. Always scoop 2 or 3 pieces of batter into the pan. Sprinkle with a little cheese and a few pieces of ginger and let them cook at low speed until bubbles appear on the surface.
  5. Turn the pancakes over with a spatula and bake for a few minutes brown on the other side.
