Casserole with veal ragout

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Prepare the mashed potatoes according to the instructions on the packaging.

Peel and chop the onion. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for about 1 min.

Add the stir-fry mix and cook for approx. 2 min. Drain the corn. Add the veal ragout and corn and heat.

Season with salt and pepper. Grease the oven dish with oil. Put the ragout mixture in the baking dish.

Cover the whole with a layer of puree. Grate the bowl for about 15 minutes in the oven.
