Cauliflower soup
Creamy soup of cauliflower, potato, chicken broth, crème fraîche and raw ham.

Peel the potato and cut into cubes. Cut the cauliflower into florets.

Bring the water to the boil with the cauliflower and potato in a large pan. Crumble the bouillon tablets above and cook until about 15 minutes until done.

Meanwhile cut the fat edges of the ham and fry in a dry frying pan until crispy. Drain on kitchen paper.

Stir the cauliflower and potato into the pan, or mash with a hand blender.

Stir the crème fraîche through the soup and season with pepper. Bring the soup back to the boil.

Divide the soup over the plates. Crumble the ham above it.
