Directions

  1. Cut the top and bottom of the pomegranate and break apart the parts. Clean the pomegranate and keep the seeds.
  2. Just before serving serve a roll of rolsparkling wine ice cream in chilled champagne coupes and sprinkle with a tablespoon of pomegranate seeds.
  3. Pour the Cava in the slices over the ice and serve as a festive cocktail.
