Directions

  1. Put the molds and wooden spoons ready for use. Put the sprinkles and the small cut marshmallows in wide bowls.
  2. Break 2/3 of the chocolate into pieces and melt this au bain-marie. The bowl must not touch the hot water. Stir the chocolate regularly with a wooden spoon. In the meantime, finely chop the other half of the chocolate.
  3. When the chocolate is completely melted and warm, remove the bowl from the hot water and add all the finely chopped chocolate. Stir until all chocolate is melted and thickened.
  4. Divide the chocolate over the 4 cavities (ice cube mold or silicone molds) and push in half of the marshmallows cut into small pieces. Sprinkle with the rest of the marshmallows and the sprinkles and put the wooden spoons upright. Help the spoons with a squeezer or cardboard with a slit in it to stand upright. Let the chocolate coagulate in a cool place or in the refrigerator.
  5. Before serving serve the milk to boil and pour into 4 cups. For each cup, put a cheerful chocolate spoon in the milk to melt the chocolate with stirring. Add sugar to taste.
