Celeriac mustard soup
Soup of celeriac, garlic, onion, mustard and chives.

Peel the celeriac and cut into cubes.

Slice the garlic. Heat the oil in a thick-bottomed pan and fry the celeriac, garlic and onion for 3 minutes. Stir frequently.

Add the bouillon tablets, boiling water and the mustard. Bring to the boil and cook for 15 minutes on low heat with the lid on the pan.

In the meantime, finely chop the chives. Remove the pan from the heat and puree the soup with the hand blender. Sprinkle with the chives.
