Carrot cappuccino with orange
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: poultry, orange (scrubbed), butter, ground cumin (djinten), chilli powder, carrot (in small pieces), chicken broth (homemade or from 3/4 tablet), whole milk and whipped cream.

Grate the orange peel thinly from the orange. Hold 1 tl separately for the garnish. Squeeze out the fruit.

Melt the butter in a pan and stir in the cumin, chilli powder and the grated orange peel. Spoon the carrot and orange juice through, place the lid on the pan and throttle the vegetables gently for 5 minutes. Add the stock and milk and let the soup simmer for about 10 minutes.

Puree the soup with a hand blender and season with salt and pepper.

Beat the whipped cream almost stiffly.

Spoon the soup into 4 hot coffee cups and spoon a spoonful of whipped cream. Garnish the cream with the trailed orange zest and sprinkle some chili powder.
