Simple zucchini soup


Vegetarian zucchini soup with garlic, cream cheese, onion and breadsticks with sesame seeds.

Directions

  1. Cut the zucchini into cubes.
  2. Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic.
  3. Heat the butter in a soup pot and fry the onion and garlic for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the courgette and cook for 8 minutes.
  5. Add the water and crumble the tablets above it.
  6. Bring to the boil and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Puree the soup with a hand blender and add the cream cheese.
  8. Heat the soup for 2 minutes through and through.
  9. Serve with the breadsticks.
