Spring vegetable soup
A tasty recipe. The entree contains the following ingredients: poultry, herbed broth (tablet), leek (sliced), bean sprouts, sugar snap peas (halved), smoked chicken (cut into strips), brown bread (sliced) and cilantro pesto.

Bring to boil in pan and cook leek and sugar snap peas for 3 minutes.

Add smoked chicken and bean sprouts and heat soup for 1 min.

Spread the baguette with 3 tbsp coriander pesto.

Stir in 1 cup of coriander pesto with soup.

Draw soup into plates and place two pieces of bread on each plate..
