Boil the celeriac and the potatoes with salt in about 20 minutes and drain.

Stamp them with the freshly ground pepper, curry powder, butter and milk and scoop the stew into an oven dish.

Cut the brie into slices and put them on the stew.

Sprinkle the almonds over it.

Place the dish under a hot grill until the cheese is slightly melted.
