Couscous with steak skewers
Oriental couscous with marinated steak strips and green beans.

Cut the steak into cubes and marinate in marinade for about 10 minutes. Soak the skewers in water.

Clean the green beans and cook in approx. 6 min. Al dente, drain in colander. Preheat the grill. Thread the steak on the skewers.

Grill the steak skewers in about 6-8 min. Brown and rosé from the inside, turn the skewers regularly while grilling and sprinkle with marinade.

Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the package. Peel the onion and chop. Heat oil in a wok and fry the onion for approx. 2 min.

Add the green beans, bean sprouts and marinade and cook for about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve the couscous with vegetables and steak skewers.
