Cook the potato slices until done in the magentron according to the instructions on the packaging. Heat in a frying pan of butter.

Fry the steak cubes on high heat in 3 min. Brown. Spoon the meat on a plate. Fry the roentemix in butter for 2 min.

Add the stroganoff sauce, stir in the brandy and heat for 2 minutes. Mix in a bowl of butter lettuce with gherkin (in pieces) and the dressing. Serve the lettuce separately.
