Preheat the oven to 170ºC.

Mix the muesli with the nuts and sunflower seeds. Add the honey and oil and stir well.

Scoop the mixture onto the baking sheet. Form a square (1-1.5 cm thick) and press well.

Bake for 20-25 minutes in the middle of the oven. Make indentations for the bars and allow to cool.

Break or cut the cake into strips.

Mix the curd cheese with the vanilla sugar and cinnamon.

Divide the curds over dishes and serve the cereal bars.
