Marzipan lollies


A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: peeled almonds (a 55 g), icing sugar (sprinkle), cocoa powder, orange juice and dark chocolate.

Directions

  1. Grind the almonds in the food processor.
  2. Add the icing sugar, cocoa and 2 tbsp orange juice and mix until smooth.
  3. Add extra orange juice if necessary.
  4. Knead the marzipan by hand and form a ball.
  5. Wrap in cling film and leave in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
  6. From the marzipan turn 20 balls the size of a big marble.
  7. Bring a layer of water to a boil in a large pan.
  8. Turn down the heat so that the water no longer bubbles.
  9. Hang in a smaller pan.
  10. The bottoms may not touch each other.
  11. Break the chocolate bar into small pieces and put them in the small pan.
  12. Stir until all chocolate has melted.
  13. Stick the marzipan balls on satésticks and quickly dip into the melted chocolate.
  14. Spoon the chocolate with a spoon over the uncovered areas of marzipan.
  15. Put the chopsticks diagonally in a wide glass so that the balls do not touch each other.
  16. Let the chocolate harden in the refrigerator for at least fifteen minutes..
