Make 4 small notches in the lemon and insert the cloves.

Place in a pan and add the brown sugar, the cinnamon stick and the red wine.

Leave on a low setting for about 30 minutes, but do not let the wine boil.

Cut a few pieces of peel of the orange.

Add the orange peel, cherries and port. Serve warm.
