Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Grind the oatmeal finely in a blender or food processor.

Chop the nuts coarsely.

Beat the eggs and mix with the oatmeal, the almond flour, the pecans, baking powder and a pinch of salt.

Add the apple syrup and biscuit and gingerbread spices.

Divide the batter over a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and bake until golden brown and done in the middle of the oven for about 25 minutes.
