Directions

  1. Puree the raspberries and rub them through a sieve to remove the seeds.
  2. Bring the orange juice, the mineral water and the sugar to the boil and stir until the sugar has melted.
  3. Pour the sugar syrup mixture into the raspberry puree and stir well. Fill in the molds and freeze.
