Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
  2. Mix the almonds (with fleece) with 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon chilli powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon sea salt and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Sprinkle half of a baking tray with it.
  3. Sprinkle the other half of the baking tray with 200 grams of drained chickpeas mixed with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika and sea salt to taste.
  4. Roast the almonds and chickpeas for 12-15 minutes in the oven. Change them after about 10 minutes.
