Cheese flames with onions-ginger chutney

Cut the slice of cheese into triangles.

Heat the olive oil on a low setting and gently fry the onions.

Then add the vinegar, sugar, sambal and ginger.

Let simmer for about 30 minutes and stir regularly.

Let the chutney cool down.

Prick the cheese triangles on cocktail sticks and serve with the chutney.
