Cheese fondue with ham and pesto


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, ready-to-cook broccoli (a 300 g), ham (meat products), dry white wine, ground young cheese (a 150 g), fresh green pesto (a 100 g container) and ciabatta.

Directions

  1. Broccoli for about 3 minutes in the bottom of boiling water and rinse in colander with cold water.
  2. Cut the ham into strips.
  3. Bring wine to the boil in a fondue pot or pan with a thick bottom.
  4. Add cheese in portions and melt over medium heat until cheese has melted.
  5. Stir in the pesto and ham and season the fondue with pepper.
  6. Cut bread into cubes.
  7. Dip bread and broccoli into a cheese fondue at the table..
