Boil the cauliflower florets in water with salt for 12-15 minutes.

Boil the eggs hard in 10 minutes. Peel them and chop them.

Heat the butter, add onion and curry powder and stir-fry 2 minutes. Stir in the flour and let the mixture cook for 1 minute with stirring. Pour in the milk in portions. Keep stirring until a smooth sauce is created and add pepper.

Drain the cauliflower and place the florets side by side in a bowl. Divide the ham strips over it. Pour the sauce over it and sprinkle with the chopped egg and parsley.
