Indian meatballs


A nice Indian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, butter, onions (chopped), garlic (pressed), ground cumin, curry powder, minced beef, tomato cubes (a 400 g), almond shavings (55g bowl), broccoli (in florets) and naan bread ( garlic and coriander (280 g)).

Directions

  1. Heat 15 g butter in a frying pan and fruit 1 onion 3 min. With the garlic, 2 tsp cumin and the curry powder. Put in a bowl and let something cool. Add the minced meat, pepper and salt to taste. Form balls of the size of a walnut with wet hands. Heat the frying pan again and add 15 g of butter. Fry the rest of the onion for 3 minutes. Add the balls and fry them for 12 minutes with the lid on the pan. After 5 minutes add the tomato cubes and 1 tsp cumin.
  2. Roast the almond shavings in a frying pan without oil or butter in 3 min. Golden brown. Let cool on a plate. Cook the broccoli in 4 minutes until al dente. Prepare the shelf according to the instructions on the package in the microwave. Divide the meatballs and broccoli over 4 plates and sprinkle with the almond shavings. Serve with the flat bread. Tasty with yellow rice.
