Provencal Tuna Platter
A tasty French recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, potatoes (crisp), green beans, olive oil, tomatoes (in parts), garlic olives (150 g, chilled), tuna pieces in water ((a 185 g), drained) and dried dill.

Peel the potatoes and boil them in water with salt in 20 minutes until done. In the meantime, remove the stalk and the tip of the green beans and cook the beans for 5 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the green beans and tomato for 5 min. Add the olives and scoop the tuna. Season with salt and pepper and scoop in the greased baking dish.

Drain the potatoes and collect some cooking liquid. Mash the potatoes with the rest of the oil and some cooking juices with the puree mash. Add the dill and pepper and salt to taste. Divide the puree over the vegetables and tuna. Bake until golden brown in about 25 minutes.
