Cheese schnitzel with ginger and garden herbs

Beat the eggs. Mix half of the beaten egg with the cornstarch, grated cheese, ginger, chives and parsley. Divide this mixture into 4 portions and form flat cutlets or burgers.

Pour the rest of the egg into a deep plate. Roll the cheese schnitzels first through the egg and then through the breadcrumbs. Repeat this again.

Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the cheese schnitzels at medium height in 2-3 minutes per side until the cheese just melts.

Serve with fried potatoes and a green salad with to.
