Wrap with hummus and roast beef
Oriental tortillas with tomato, roast beef and hummus.

Finely chop the garlic. Mix in a bowl the oil with the chili sauce, cumin, coriander, garlic and lemon juice.

Roll the roast beef steaks through the marinade so that they are covered all around. Cover the pieces. Allow the flavors to set in for 30 minutes in a cool place.

Cut the tomatoes into thick slices and sprinkle the top with pepper, salt and oil. Place the wraps in pairs on the barbecue and roast them lightly brown.

Keep the wraps under aluminum foil on a plate warm. Roast the roast beef and tomato per side for 1 min. On the hot barbecue. Cut the roast beef into strips.

Brush the wrapping tortillas with houmous and spread the lettuce over them. Put the roast beef and tomato on it.

Fold the sides of the tortillas loosely and stick them with a skewer so that the wraps can be eaten out of hand.
