Cheesecake With Strawberries


Airy cheesecake with strawberries and biscuit base.

Directions

  1. Leave in a bowl of cold water gelatin for about 5 minutes.
  2. Crumble with a food processor or with a rolling pin mariju biscuits and put in a bowl.
  3. Melt butter in a pan and mix the butter with water through the cookie crumbs.
  4. Lightly inflate the spring form and spread the crumb mixture over the bottom and press well.
  5. Wash the strawberries and remove the crowns. Puree the strawberries in the food processor.
  6. Squeeze out the orange and gently heat in a pan.
  7. Squeeze the gelatine out and roast in warm orange juice while stirring. Allow the mixture to cool down for a while.
  8. Stir well in a bowl of cottage cheese, sugar, orange mixture and strawberry puree.
  9. In another bowl, whip cream until stiff and lightly swirl through the curd mixture.
  10. Spread the curd mixture over the crumb in the spring form and smooth the top.
  11. Let the cheesecake stiffen in a refrigerator in about 3 hours.
  12. Halve the rest of the strawberries and arrange on the top of the cake.
  13. Warm the strawberry jam with water in a pan.
  14. Brush the strawberries and curd cheese richly with jam mixture with a brush.
