Directions

  1. Place the baking paper on a smooth surface and place the protrusion molds on top.
  2. Put the sugar, whipped cream and butter in a saucepan and bring to a low heat.
  3. Let it boil for 20-25 min. With stirring until 2/3 of the mixture is left and all sugar crystals are dissolved.
  4. Remove the pan from the heat and stir until the mixture no longer bubbles and becomes opaque.
  5. Pour half of the sugar mixture into half of the molds. Stir the espresso powder quickly through the other half and pour into the rest of the molds.
  6. Allow the sugar mixture to cool completely. Put the molds on their side if you see white dots; this allows them to harden further at the bottom.
