Cherry mousse


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: whipped cream, sugar, white custard, cherries (380 ml) and chocolate leaves (decoration).

Directions

  1. Put the whipped cream and the sugar in a mixing bowl. Beat the whipped cream with the mixer stiff.
  2. Pour the custard into another bowl. Always create the stiff cream in small pieces through the custard. Now it has become mousse. Put the bowl with mousse in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
  3. Let the cherries leak into the sieve. Dab them dry just as well. By wet cherries, the mousse can become too thin. Put half of the flame mousse in the coupes. Put the cherries on this. Keep 8 separate to decorate the dessert. Now pour the rest of the flame mousse into the glasses. Smooth the mousse.
  4. Decorate each dessert with 2 cherries and 2 chocolate leaves.
