Chicken ajam paniki with chinese cabbage and cucumber


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, oil, chicken puffs (500 g), boemboe for ajam paniki (a 100 g), pandan rice (pack 400 g), cucumber, onions (in parts) and Chinese cabbage (in strips of 1 cm ).

Directions

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken cans into the brown.
  2. Add the Bumbu spice ajam paniki, stir and stew the chicken cloves for 25 min.
  3. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  4. Halve the cucumber along the edges, scrape out the seeds and cut the halves into narrow loops.
  5. Heat the remaining golden brown in a stirring fruit.
  6. Add the cucumber and almost all Chinese cabbages (keep the free-flowing green) and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  7. Scoop the fire off the rest of the coals.
  8. Serve the chicken puffs in the sauce with the rice and Chinese cabbage..
