Try this chicken broth with mushrooms and leek rings
Cut the brushed oyster mushrooms or chestnut mushrooms into strips or slices.
Cut the leek into very thin rings.
Bring the broth to the boil.
Add the mushrooms and the rings of leeks and let everything boil gently for about 5 minutes.
Spoon the soup in deep plates or in bowls and serve immediately.
