Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Mix flour, cayenne pepper and 1 teaspoon of salt in a plastic bag. Add the chicken drumsticks. Shake so that the chicken is covered with the flour mixture.

Place the chicken drumsticks side by side on a baking tray and sprinkle 2 tablespoons of the oil over it. Fry in 40 minutes until golden brown and cooked in the middle of the oven. Turn them over halfway.

In the meantime, heat the rest of the oil with chilli sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco and paprika powder. Pour the hot sauce for serving over the drumsticks.
