Directions

  1. Halve the pieces of chicken fillet.
  2. Halve the apricots.
  3. Cut the onions into thin segments.
  4. In a bowl mix the cinnamon and chili powder with some salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  5. Squeeze out the garlic and stir in the olive oil.
  6. Rub the pieces of chicken generously with this mixture.
  7. Fry the pieces of chicken in the frying pan over medium-high heat in four to six minutes.
  8. Fry the wedges for two minutes.
  9. Divide the apricots and thyme leaves between the pieces of chicken and pour the pasta sauce.
  10. Slowly bring to the boil and cook the chicken covered in softly for 15 minutes.
