Pepper tartar balls with rice and broccoli
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, boiled rice, onion, beef tartar (about 300 g), garlic pepper (spice grinder 40 g), bread crumbs, egg, liquid margarine, broccoli and crème fraîche (half fat (125 ml)).

Cook the rice according to the instructions for use.

Peel and finely chop onions.

Mix the tartar with onion, garlic pepper, salt, breadcrumbs and egg.

Form small balls from mixture.

Heat margarine in a frying pan.

Bake in 10 min.

Until cooked and brown.

Clean broccoli and boil in a little water in 5 minutes.

Remove balls from the pan and keep warm.

Crème fraîche with cooking fat stirring and co-heating for 1 min.

Serving balls with sauce, rice and broccoli.

Sear the plate with ground garlic pepper..
