Directions

  1. Chop the shallots.
  2. Sprinkle the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Fry the fillets on each side for 2 minutes in the butter, not too high.
  4. Add the shallots and fry for 1 minute.
  5. Add the fresh tarragon or 1 teaspoon dried), white wine and whipped cream.
  6. Turn down the heat, cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 10 minutes.
