Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Wash the zucchini, halve in length and remove the seeds with a teaspoon.

Halve them one more time in the length and cut into pieces of 4 cm. Slice the garlic.

Mix the zucchini, garlic, chicken breast and pesto together. Spread the mixture over 4 pieces of baking paper and drizzle each package with 2 tbsp water.

Meanwhile, put the couscous in a bowl and pour the boiling water over it. Let stand for 10 minutes. Stir with a fork.

Slice the parsley and chives. Wash the cucumber, halve in length and remove the seed lists with a teaspoon. Cut into bows.

Mix the couscous, 3/4 of the herbs, cucumber and oil and season with salt and pepper.

Remove the packages from the oven and fold open carefully. Divide the couscous over deep plates and distribute the contents of the packages (incl. Moisture).

Garnish with the rest of the herbs. Serve immediately.
