Chicken shawarma with paprika radish salad


Shawarma from chicken on a roll with baby cream lettuce, radish, scallion and salad dressing.

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the shawarma in 7 minutes until golden brown and done. Change regularly.
  2. Meanwhile cut the shallots into wafer-thin rings. Cut the lettuce into strips of 1 cm.
  3. Halve the cucumber in the length, remove the seeds with a teaspoon and cut the flesh into bows. Wash the radish and cut into slices.
  4. Halve the bell pepper, remove the stalk and the seeds with a sharp knife and cut the flesh into pieces of 2 cm. Cut the parsley coarsely.
  5. Heat the pita bread according to the instructions on the package. Mix the dressing with the oil and then with the vegetables and parsley.
  6. Spoon the salad into a deep dish. Divide the shawarma over it and serve the sandwiches.
