Directions

  1. Well the apricots in lukewarm water. Put the skewers in water so that they can not burn while frying the chicken skewers.
  2. Sprinkle the chicken breast cubes with pepper and curry powder. Thread the chicken cubes and apricots alternately on the sticks.
  3. Peel the mango, remove the kernel and puree the fruit. Stir in the orange juice, yogurt and honey and set aside the sauce.
  4. Heat half of the oil in a frying pan or use a grill pan (brush the paddles with the oil) and fry the skewers for 12 minutes until they are golden brown and done. Turn them around regularly. Add a little more oil if the pan is too dry. Keep the skewers that are cooked warm on a plate, covered with aluminum foil.
  5. Serve the sprinkles with the sauce separately. Tasty with baguette or rice.
