Mix the olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and ginger root with the chicken cubes. Leave it for 15 minutes.

In the meantime, mix the ingredients for the coriander raita.

Thread the chicken cubes alternated with zucchini and shallots on the skewers (put wooden skewers in water to prevent burning).

Roast the sticks for about 10 minutes under a hot oven grill or in a grill pan or on the barbecue. Turn them regularly and brush them with the marinade. Serve the raita.
