Cut the spring onion into rings and the tomato into pieces. Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the spring onions 1 min.

Add the coal part by piece and stir-fry the vegetables over a high heat for about 5 minutes until al dente.

Add the pieces of tomato and stir-fry the vegetables for 1 min. Season the Chinese cabbages with the chili sauce and salt.
