Directions

Blanch the cauliflower florets in plenty of boiling water with a spoonful of salt for about 2 minutes and drain them. Rinse under cold water and allow to drain well.

Heat the oil in a frying pan or stir-fry the onion for about 4 minutes.

Add the cumin, sesame, chilli and drained cauliflower florets and stir-fry together for about 4 minutes at medium height.

Delicious with roast pork.
