Make sure the butter is at room temperature or heat it for 10 seconds at 600 Watt in the microwave.

Mix the chives, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, (sea) salt and pepper.

Put the butter in a sealed container or wrap the butter in cling film and turn it into a sausage mold. Put the herb butter in the fridge or freezer.

This French herb butter is nice with steak or steamed vegetables.
