Chicken with date-almond sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, fast cooking brown rice, onion, dates (200 g), chicken fillet (about 400 g), sunflower oil, green beans, almond shavings (45 g) and all-tie (pack of a 200 g).

Cook rice according to instructions.

Peel and chop onions.

Divide dates by half, remove pips and cut dates into strips.

Spread chicken filet with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in frying pan.

Chicken fillet around brown cakes in approx.

3 minutes.

Onion for approx.

1 minute.

Dill dates and 300 ml of water through chicken fillet.

Covered completely for approx.
-
10 minutes.

Eat green beans and boil for about 8 minutes.

Drizzle almond shavings in a dry brown frying pan for about 2 minutes.

Remove chicken from pan and keep warm.

Sauce bind with all-in binding.

Almond shavings with sauce and heat for approx.

1 minute.

Season the sauce with salt and pepper.

Serving chicken fillet with sauce, rice and green beans..
